Privacy notice
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice explains how we process the personal data you share with us through imbcreative.com.

What we process
- Identity and contact: the name, email address and company / brand you enter in the quote form; your number or address when you reach us via WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Your request: the services you need and what you tell us about your project.
- Source: the channel you arrived from (for example an ad campaign).
- Cookie data: usage data collected by analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent. See the cookie policy.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your request, arranging a call and preparing a quote: necessary to enter into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Understanding which channels and ads work: our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Analytics and advertising cookies: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It is shared only as needed with the providers that run our service: site and form hosting (Netlify), email, and, with your consent, analytics and ad measurement (Google, Meta). Some of these providers store data outside Turkey; such transfers follow the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9. Data may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and correspondence are kept for up to 2 years if no business relationship follows, then deleted or anonymised. If we work together, statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, learn which third parties received it, object, and claim compensation for damage. Write to hello@imbcreative.com; we reply within 30 days.
